Lifting of COVID 19 restrictions
Our team at VIVA Therapeutic Services recognizes that lifting most of the Government of New Brunswick COVID-19 restrictions on March 14, 2022 will be met with a mixture of excitement and apprehension. Removing restrictions requires all of us to think and behave differently than we have since the pandemic restrictions began in March 2020.
As we get used to a “post-COVID” mindset, we ask that you keep our CORE VALUES in mind:
· Teamwork
· Integrity
· Quality
· Dignity
· Diversity
· Joy
When working at or visiting any of our Centres, anyone who wants to continue wearing a mask is welcome to do so. We ask for respect of everyone’s choice to wear, or not wear, a mask. If you are experiencing a sore throat, runny nose, cough, or COVID-like symptoms that are not related to a pre-existing condition, masks are to be worn. We thank everyone for their ongoing support and for working together to reduce the risk of spreading any communicable disease such as COVID-19. Our focus on health and safety will remain prominent after the March 14 provincial regulations end. This includes the continued encouragement of regular hand washing and sanitizing. Hand sanitizer will be readily available at locations throughout our agencies in the province.
